Our fearless leader and driver. Adam has been in creating chocolate since 2015 and isn't the worst person ever thank god. He asked me to write this without making him look too good so he's decently funny, a great guy, and the reason Nohmad is back in stock. You can regularly find him talking with our partners to build the next flavor profile. Don't give him too much credit though. Without the rest of the team, he'd just be the crazy Wonka without the success (think Gene Wilder in the tunnel scene)

Co-Owner and elite wingman, Drew is the reason you even know about Nohmad in the first place. He's the one designing all our socials, emails and content. No only does he make us all look good, he makes sure you're all in the know on what we have cookin' in the shop. He has one helluva eye for delicious taste makers. And did we mention he has an 11/10 beard? He does. ANY he wears a beard net because he sure as heck doesn't have anything up top to worry about.

Our Head Chocolatier and resident chocolate scientist. Noe has been our backbone and taste maker since day one. He takes our ideas and makes them a reality. With over ten years in formulating, he helps us find the flavors that are juuuust on the tip of our tongue. You can find Noe in the lab working on an inclusion for the heck of it or hanging and grilling while away from the shop....even though he can't stay away for too long. Chocolate is his second love after his family and that's the way it should be.
